Named after the supervillian in the Minions, this beer is densely hopped with Cascade and Centennial and a huge grain bill of big chewy select crystal malts
Named after the fire road mountain bike trail in the Nantahala area, this is a refreshing IPA with a floral nose and hints of Mandarin Oranges. Only Centennial Hops were used including a very aggressive dry hop addition of 1½ pounds per barrel.
Rich, round, and fulfilling, we brew this stout with lactose sugar for body and residual sweetness and lace it with pure cacao nibs.

Our Brewmaster’s favorite song by local legend Rob Tiger is “Lightning Road”. So we named our easy-drinking crowd pleaser after his catchy tune! “They’re thirsty up in Andrews!” Saaz Hops.
